Psychotherapy & coaching services
Individual consultations to Quebec residents (age 18+) for various psychological challenges: depression & anxiety, work stress, emotional regulation, ADHD, self-esteem, loneliness, relationship and performance concerns. Services for children, couples, or in emergency situations are not currently available.
Bilingual : In French or English.
Interactive: No passive listening here; I’m fully engaged, eager to grasp your story and utilize my clinical skills to support you.
Convenient: I see clients by video conference via Zoom or in-person in Montreal, two steps away from Laurier metro.
Effective: I use an evidence-based approach (cognitive behavioural therapy). This approach is focused on solving current problems that are important to you, with each session dedicated to reducing a single problem.
