These insights come from my career-spannig study of psychology—the science of the mind and behaviour—and use two key lenses: personality (the science of you) and human nature (the science of everyone).
I have a particular interest in the mental demands of modern life—including the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone navigating high-responsibility, high-stress roles in an changing world.
